%X Using MODIS mod13 series data, Yikang and ArcGIS software, this data automatically specifies classification and visual modification, and completes the spatial-temporal distribution data of oasis in arid area from 2000 to 2019 based on multi-scale segmentation and NDVI threshold method. The data acquisition site is the arid area of Northwest China, and the accuracy is more than 90% after field verification.
