Taking the super sample plot of Dayekou guantan forest station as the starting point and crossing the super sample plot, a sample belt with a length of 1km and a width of 20m is set. The compass is used to determine the strike of the transect, and the azimuth is 115 degrees north by East, which is basically consistent with the flight route. 20m shall be arranged on the sample strip every 50m × A 20 meter sample plot, a total of 20 samples. The transect partially overlaps with the super transect. The center of No. 1 transect on the transect is located in the center of the super transect. See the measurement data set of each wood of the super transect for its observation data. This data set records the observation data of sample plots 2 ~ 20. These data include the following three parts: 1) Tree measurement data of sample plots: measure DBH, tree height, crown width and height under branches of each tree in 2 ~ 20 sample plots respectively. Use laser altimeter and ultrasonic altimeter to measure the height of big trees and under branches, use flower stems to measure the height of small trees and under branches, use DBH ruler to measure the DBH of trees, and use leather tape to measure the crown width. 2) Sample location data: the sample location is roughly determined by tape measure and compass. The coordinates of the center point of the sample are accurately measured by the French Thales DGPS measurement system, with the model of z-max. The observation method is to use two GPS receivers for synchronous static measurement, one at the reference station and the other at the mobile station. The observation time is 30 minutes. The post differential processing is carried out through the system's own data processing software.
