AB  - On July 18, 2008, the ground synchronous quadrat survey for proba Chris satellite was carried out in the Bian Du Kou encrypted observation area. The number of quadrats is 21. The main survey items include GPS point number, species, number of plants, height, chlorophyll content, coverage, fish eye photography and biomass. 1. The GPS point number is recorded with Garmin GPS 76. 2. Species are identified manually. 3. The number of plants shall be counted manually. 4. Measure the height with a tape measure, 4-5 repetitions. 5. The chlorophyll content was measured with SPAD 502 chlorophyll meter for 5 repetitions. 6. The coverage is estimated manually. 7. The camera used for fisheye photography is Nikon D80, the fisheye lens is Sima 8mm f3.5 ex DG circular fisheye, the photography height is 1.5m, and it is facing the ground downward. The original photo format is JPG, and the processing result file format is excel. 8. The biomass is 50cm × 50cm sample, weighed fresh weight, dried after killing, weighed dry weight.
