Based on the finite difference method, the drain module and well module in MODFLOW are used to simulate the groundwater level of Pingshuo mining area under current mining, and the existing measured data are used to correct the model. Then, the set coal mine is shut down to restore the natural groundwater level in the unexploited state, The natural groundwater flow field in Pingshuo mining area is obtained by inversion. Finally, according to the historical coal mining and distribution, the influence of different coal mining modes driven by coal mining on groundwater flow field is simulated.
