%X Tianshan No.1 glacier is a two branch glacier valley glacier, with a length of 2.2 km, an average width of 500 m, an area of 1.828 square km, a maximum thickness of 140 m, an altitude of 4476 m at the highest point, an average annual movement speed of about 5 m, an altitude of 3734 M at the end of the glacier tongue, an average height of 4055 m at the snow line, and a northeastward orientation. The hydrological point of Glacier No.1 is located on the river channel 300 m away from the end of Glacier No.1. The ice snow runoff of Glacier No.1 is monitored. The elevation of the section is 3695 M. the drainage area is 3.34 square kilometers, of which the glacier area is 1.65 square kilometers. It is a concrete rectangular section (1.0 m high and 1.6 m wide), and the meteorological field is located on the left bank of the section. The data set collects the daily average temperature data of No.1 section in 2002.
