By combining RO membrane and NF membrane, their advantages are complementary, so as to obtain concentrated water multistage enhanced membrane concentration treatment equipment with long cleaning cycle, long service life, low operation cost and high water yield. Rnrr multi-stage enhanced membrane concentration process is used to deeply treat high salinity mine water for desalination and reuse. Rnrr membrane concentration unit consists of 18 reverse osmosis membranes and 6 nanofiltration membranes, including four sections. 6 membranes are connected in parallel in 1#ro section, 5 membranes are connected in parallel in 2#nf section, 6 membranes are connected in parallel in 3#ro section and 6 membranes are connected in parallel in 4#ro section. The recovery rate of each section is adjustable from 60% to 85%. It is adjusted according to the mass concentration of TDS. The raw water enters the intermediate water tank after pretreatment and then enters the membrane desalination system. Through experiments, the removal of various salt ions in high salinity mine water by rnrr multistage enhanced membrane concentration process under different operating parameters such as operating pressure, feed liquid temperature and feed liquid concentration, as well as its effects on the changes of membrane flux and membrane pollution of nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membranes were obtained. The overall water recovery of each section is more than 85%. In addition, the experimental data of fouling membrane cleaning were obtained. The data set contains 17 groups of data, of which each group contains 10-55 data points, and the data set is completely open and shared.
