Observation instrument: Li8100 mobile soil respiration meter, Institute of earth environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Measurement method: The purchased PVC pipe is used to make a soil respiration ring. The total length of the soil respiration ring is 10cm. It is embedded into the soil before formal measurement, and then it is allowed to stand for at least 24 hours; The embedded soil is 4cm, and the reserved height of the ground is 6cm. The measurement time of datum sample points is concentrated at 9-12 a.m., and three duplicate samples are set in each sample area and marked according to the vortex number. Data content: The data content includes header file information, three repeated observations every five days and the average. Observation location: In the plot of station ec01-ec17 in the EC matrix core test area, three duplicate samples are set in each sample plot, of which ec15 Daman super station encrypts nine duplicate samples on the basis of three duplicates. Observation time: Ec01, ec03, ec05, EC10, ec11, ec12, ec13, ec14 and ec17 are observed once every five days from June 6 to August 20, 2012. Ec02, ec04, ec06, ec07, ec08, ec09 and ec16 are every five days from July 1 to August 20, 2012. During the observation period, some observation points are just filled with water, and this point will not be observed at that time
