The observation time is June 5, 2008, and the weather is overcast. The super sample plot is located in guantan forest hydrometeorological observation station set up in Dayekou basin by Heihe comprehensive remote sensing joint test, and the sample plot size is 100m × 100m。 In the whole super sample plot, sample trees were selected in 5 different diameter steps according to DBH. 10 trees were selected for each diameter step, and a total of 30 samples were selected for observation. For each sample wood, use high branch shears to pick branches at different parts, manually separate twigs and leaves, measure the fresh weight of twigs and leaves on site with a balance, take it back to the laboratory, measure the dry weight after drying in an oven, and calculate the moisture content. The instruments used are mainly high branch scissors, balance and oven.Together with other observation data of super sample plot, this data set can be used for forest 3D scene reconstruction, active and passive remote sensing mechanism model establishment, remote sensing image simulation and so on
