%X This data is provided by the State Key Laboratory of Cryospheric Science, Institute of Cold and Drought Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and provided by the Qinghai Tibet Plateau Cryosphere Observation and Experiment Research Station. The automatic meteorological station is set up at a fixed point in Xidatan area of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau for data observation. The data includes radiation data, temperature, wind speed, etc. The definition of each field is shown in the header. The original data is obtained from data acquisition and manually converted to each meteorological element value.
