On the morning of February 28, 2021, the researchers of the project team monitored the hull strain and acceleration under the ice load on the starboard side of the front of the hull during the ice breaking operation of the icebreaker in the river channel of Dengkou section of Baotou (40.5501110.1967 to 40.5512110.1812). This data set is the strain data of sensors 1-9 and the acceleration data of acceleration sensors 13-15 of the ice breaking hull from 9:58 to 10:40. This data is the original data of the ice load on the hull of the Yellow River icebreaker under the ice breaking operation for the first time, and has an important reference role for the study of ice load and hull strain during the opening period of the Yellow River.
