%X In this paper, we design an algorithm that can extract the respiratory signal of patients in the optical image, and use it to guide the treatment of tumors in the moving organs. In the experiment, a set of simulated phantom fixed with thermoplastic film for radiotherapy was placed in the laboratory to simulate the treatment of patients. Through many tests, it was proved that the accuracy of patient positioning offset of this technology was 1 mm and 1 °。
